Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities
• Management and coaching of Department Heads
• Project management
• Implementation and oversight of a performance management system
• HR Management

Requirements
• Proven ability at the Deputy Director /COO level
• General management experience across all departments a requirement
• Project management experience and the use of MS Project
• HR experience and knowledge a distinct advantage
• Experience within the Development Sector highly prized
• Ideally 10+ years of work experience culminating in a senior appointment
• A relevant degree
• Some theological or bible school training, would be a benefit
• Commitment to development work
• Possessing a deep passion for mentoring
• Able to operate at corporate, NGO and grassroots levels

SPECIALIST RESOURCE MOBILIZER

Responsibilities
• Sourcing of new funds for the organisation
• Pioneering of new funding channels
• Limited partner relationship management
 

Requirements
• A track record of successful resource mobilisation – this should be current
• Development Sector experience
• In terms of sales orientation, a “hunter” rather than a “farmer”
• Passionate about our core focus and value proposition
• Excellent client orientation and service focus
• Persuasive and a good “closer”
• Thriving on challenge
• Highly motivated and a self starter
• A good existing network would be advantageous

PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities
• Administration related to the disbursement of funds
• Evaluation and consolidation of financial and narrative reports from projects
• Compilation of financial and narrative reports for donors
• Maintenance and management of  partner database and relationship management system
• Minute taking, electronic and paper based filing, general office work
 

Requirements
• At least 5 years experience Experience in the Development sector within a fundraising department would be valuable
• Administration related qualification
• Client focused and strong service orientation
• High level of PC literacy
• Experience in working with databases and Customer Relationship
• Management systems advantageous
• Own transport is required

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities

• Support of the Internal Operations Manager

Requirements
• At least three years experience in Reception, Administration and Secretarial work
